摘要 本文就重组人甲状旁腺素治疗骨质疏松症的研究概况作一综述,重点介绍重组人甲状旁腺素(1- 34)和重组人甲状旁腺素(1-84)的药理毒理和临床研究工作,为研究和开发甲状旁腺素提供参考。 The reviewed in this paper, progress on treatment of osteoporosis with recombinant human parathyroid hormones was mainly on pharmacology ,toxicology, and clinical pharmacology of recombinant human parathyroid hormone （1-34） and recombinant human parathyroid hormone （1-84） in order to provide references for the research and development of parathyroid hormone.
