简述了对伦理学以及信息伦理的理解和认识,探讨了在信息伦理与传统伦理的融合中,图书馆员如何遵循信息伦理的规律,建立健全职业伦理规范,在道德的层面上完善信息行为,更好地为用户提供服务。
This paper briefly expounds the understanding and recognition of the ethics and information ethics, and probes into that how the librarians to follow the regulations of the information ethics, establish and amplify the professional ethics standard, perfect the information behavior on the ethics level, and provide the better service for users in the interfusion of the information ethics and the traditional ethics.
