摘要
从给水管道的实际工况特性出发，指出传统管径设计理论的不合理性，进而提出了合理确定管径的方法，完善了给水管网设计理论．
Proceed with the practical working-state character of water supply pipes, authors point out that the traditional theory to design pipe diameter is not reasonable and present a new method, which makes the design theory more perfect.
