摘要
目的探讨蟾甘合剂体内外抗病毒作用及机理。方法采用细胞培养法、MTT法检测蟾甘合剂的抗病毒作用;通过不同的给药时间、途径研究其抗病毒作用的环节;建立病毒性心肌炎模型,通过组织病理学检查法观察蟾甘合剂对柯萨奇B3病毒感染动物的保护作用。结果蟾甘合剂具有抑制柯萨奇B3病毒繁殖的作用,并能有效预防及控制小鼠心肌炎的发生与发展。结论蟾甘合剂对柯萨奇B3病毒感染引起的心肌炎具有预防及治疗作用。
Objective To study antiviral effect and mechanism of Chan- gan mixture. Methods The inhibition effect of Chan - gan mixture on CoxB3 was observed with methods of tissue cell culture and MTT. Antiviral effect of Chart - gan mixture was studied by using different administration procedure and route ; The animal models of viral myocarditis were made and the protection effect of Chan - gan mixture was observed in these animal models . Results Chan - gan mixture could inhibit reproduction of CoxB3, and strongly prevent and control the development of viral myocarditis. Conclusions Chan - gan mixture has prevention and treatment effect on viral myocarditis induced by CoxB3.
