摘要
“因势利导”指顺从正势,扼制邪势,以驱除病邪,使邪气从外、上、下而解,促使机体阴阳自和,走向痊愈的治疗原则。病邪在外,发汗以散邪;病邪在上,涌吐以祛邪;病在半表半里,疏解以祛邪;病邪在里,攻下以祛邪;热邪郁里,清透以宣邪;邪气郁滞,清导以利邪。
Treatment guidance according to the general trend refers to the therapeutic principle in which the right trend should be followed and the evil trend be restrained to remove the pathogens from the exterior,the upper and the underneath,the body having harmonious yin and yang and curative condition.The following are the specific methods：diaphoresis for the exterior pathogens,emesis for the upper pathogens,dispelling methods for the semi-interior and semi-exterior pathogens,heat clearing method for the pathogens stagnated in the interior.
