优质小麦品种对栽培环境的品质适应性分析 被引量:12

Quality Adaptability of High-quality Wheat Cultivars to Planting Environment

摘要 为了给小麦品质育种、栽培及优质小麦生产提供参考依据,研究了14个优质强筋及中筋小麦品种(系)的18个品质性状在陕西岐山、陕西杨凌、河南新乡三个地点上的表现。结果表明,16个品质性状品种间的差异、7个品质性状的品种×地点互作差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),15个品质性状的地点差异均达到显著或极显著水平(P<0.05或P<0.01)。陕西岐山与杨凌两个点大多数品质性状无显著差异,而灰分、面筋指数、形成时间、稳定时间、评价值、拉伸阻力等6个品质性状在这两个点均显著高于河南新乡点相应的品质性状,陕西岐山、杨凌点的面团形成时间、稳定时间、评价值(8.2 m in、6.9 m in;15.1 m in、14.9 m in;72、68)、拉伸阻力、最大拉伸阻力、拉伸面积(262.0 BU、248.5 BU;487.0 BU、418.1 BU;135.0 cm2、98.8 cm2)等指标较强,而河南新乡点容重(798.3 g/L)、蛋白质含量(14.6%)高,但其面团的形成时间、稳定时间、评价值(4.6m in,9.3 m in、62)、拉伸阻力、最大拉伸阻力、拉伸面积(218.8 BU,373.3 BU、97.3 cm2)等指标较弱。各品种在不同地点间的表现趋势不同,大多数强筋品种在陕西岐山点表现出较好的品质,达到了国家优质强筋小麦标准,而在陕西杨凌、河南新乡点达到该标准的品种较少。 In order to provide the theoretical basis for wheat quality breeding, cultivation regulations for quality improvement and high-quality wheat production, the experiment investigates the performance of eighteen quality properties of fourteen high-quality strong-gluten and middle-gluten wheat cultivars and lines, planted in Qishan, Yangling and Xinxiang. The results showed that the variances of cultivars in sixteen quality properties, interactions between cultivar and site in seven quality properties were significant (P〈0.01), and the variances of sites were significant (P〈0.01 or P〈0. 05) in fifteen quality properties. Most quality properties between Qishan and Yangling had no significant (P〈0.05) variances, among them ash content, gluten index, forming time, stable period, valuemeter value, extension resistance were significantly (P〈0.05) larger than those in Xinxiang. Although the test weight (798. 3 g/L) and protein content (14.6%) in Xinxiang were larger, the dough kneading traits (4.6 min,9.3 min,62) and extension parameters(218.8 BU, 373.3 BU, 97.3 cm^2) were feeblish in Xinxiang than those in Qishan and Yangling. The performance of the same cultivars in different sites were different, most strong-gluten cultivars had good quality in Qishan, according with the national good quality strong-gluten wheat standard, however they less according with the national strong-gluten wheat standard while in Yangling and Xinxiang.
