摘要
一个有效的、合适的薪酬制度,有助于吸引和保留有能力的员工。目前,要解决国有企业薪酬管理中存在的问题,发挥薪酬的人力资源管理功能,就要在“系统论”思想的指导下,通过获得薪酬调查信息和职位价值评估来创造一个对于雇员和雇主都一样公平的薪酬体系,同时把培训列为一项重要福利,并把培训管理工作做到位。
An effective and appropriate compensation scheme attracts and retains capable employees. In order to solve the existing problems of compensation and exploit compensation's effectiveness in human resource management, state-owned enterprises should implement compensation survey and position evaluation and try to create a fair compensation system for both employees and employers under the guidance of the System Theory. In addition, training should be included as an important cooperative benefit and be well administrated.
