摘要
扁平绕带式压力容器筒体绕层采用薄钢带倾角错绕,在应用新一代钢铁材料上具有独特竞争优势.采用新一代钢铁材料钢带绕制扁平绕带式压力容器,可使筒体壁厚降低约40%,制造成本进一步降低.同时提出了新一代钢铁材料扁平绕带式压力容器研究中有待解决的几个问题,对其它高强度新钢种在大型压力容器上的应用亦有一定的借鉴作用.
Flat steel ribbon wound pressure vessels possess unique competitive advantages in the application of ultra-fina grained steels in that it reduces the thickness of the pressure vessel cylinder by about 40 percent and therefore lowers the manufacturing cost of the pressure vessel. The present paper also brings up some issues in the development of the flat steel ribbon wound pressure vessels of ultra-fina grained steels that may be useful for using other new high-strength steels to fabricate large-scale pressure vessels.
