摘要
本试验用RAPD标记分析了甜瓜种质资源的多态性.结果表明,扩增多态性条带数较多的引物BA1291,BA0290,BA0037,BA1244和BA2061,其区分率分别为59.3%,46.3%,44.4%,46.3%和50%.这5条引物将有助于甜瓜种质资源的高效鉴定;14条引物显示了54份甜瓜的遗传距离在0.03~0.53,为杂种优势挖掘和利用提供了分子依据,并将54份甜瓜分为2大类:Ⅰ类包括3份厚皮甜瓜和1份野生甜瓜Ⅲ类,可以再分为2个亚类分别为:Ⅱ-1,包括12份薄皮甜瓜和1份印度野生甜瓜;Ⅱ-2,包括37份厚皮甜瓜类型.
The amplified diversity was analysised with RAPD in melon. The result showed that the identification rates were 59. 3%, 46. 3%, 44. 4%, 46. 3% and 50% respectively in the more amplified diversity band BA1291, BA0290, BA0037, BA1244 and BA2061 primers, and the five primers would be help for the more effective identifying melon. 14 primers indicated GD of 54 melon were between 0.03-0.53, which provided basis in the digging and utilization of heterosis, and 54 melon were divided two kinds, the first including 3 C. melo sp. melo. and 1 China wild melon} and the second dividing into two sub kinds, i. e. , 12 C. melo sp. conomom and 1 India wild melon, and 37 C. melo sp. Melo.
