摘要
以梯恩梯为主体的军用混合炸药,由于其中添加剂的存在,产生了升华现象本文首先通过红外光谱分析,确定升华物质是地恩梯,然后采用热重分析方法研究了该混合炸药的升华规律,找出了影响升华的因素及消除升华的途径。同时将传质双膜理论推广到小变浓度的场合,并导出地恩梯的升华规律,即相对失重量与时间呈线性关系,实验得到了满意的结果。
With TNT based mixture explosives for military purposes there often occur phenomenon of sublimation since some additive agents are used . Through infared analysis it has been found that DNT is the substance responsible for sublimation . Thermogravity analysis is then employed to investigate further the rules governing the sublimation . Factors influencing the sublimation and technique for its reduction have been determined . The theory of mass trasfer double diaphragms was extended to cases involving minor changes of mass concentration . It showed that the relative loss in weight is linear with time . Results of the experiments proved to be satisfactory .
