摘要
文章引进裂变与聚变两个概念对百年来企业管理模式的演变进行了分析,提出聚变模式的组织。其体制充满活力,自我适应力强,在各种环境中既能保持高效率,同时又具有高度的灵活性。按聚变原则经营、发挥员工潜力的组织,更容易激发科技型企业的活力。
This work uses two concepts, namely fission and fusion, in its analyses of enterprise management over the past century. It concludes that an organization based on fusion is energetic, self - adjustable and flexible and maintains high efficiency in different environment. If an enterprise is organized in such a way and its employees'potential are fully realized, its vitality will be more easily stimulated.
