摘要
当前实施的新汇率制度,是为适应国家经济与社会发展环境而采取的重大举措。从国际经济情况来看,汇率水平的提高以及更具弹性的汇率制度有利于减少投机者对汇率升值的预期;从国内经济情况来看,现行汇率制度在保持经济可持续发展方面适宜性更强。这次汇率制度的相机调整,较好地抓住了发展机遇,为下一步我国汇率制度的深度国际化奠定了坚实的基础。
The present new system of exchange rate under operation is an important means adopted to suit the conditions of economic and social development in China. In terms of international economy, the rise of exchange rate and a more flexible system are conducive to the lessening of the speculators＇expectancy for the rise of the exchange rate. In terms of domestic economy, the present exchange rate system is more adaptable in keeping the sustained development of economy. The adjustment of exchange rate system this time well avails of the opportunities for further development and thus lays a solid foundation to deepen the internationalization of the exchange rate system in China.
