摘要 液体粘性传动是一种利用存在两组摩擦片间的油膜剪切作用来传递动力的新型传动型式,在大功率风机,水泵的调速节能方面有着广泛的应用前景。作为一门新型传动技术,它的转速稳定性和控制是其重要研究课题之一。根据液体摩擦基本理论,推导出了液体粘性传动的动态数学模型,通过线性化处理,得到其输出传递函数。应用劳斯稳定判据,对其输出转速的稳定性和稳定工作区域进行了分析研究。从理论上证明通过转速闭环反馈控制,可以提高转速稳定性,扩大稳定工作区域。最后对系统各种参数对其稳定工作区域的影响分别进行了研究。其研究成果经实验验证,现已在工业现场得到了应用。 A hydroviscous drive is a new type of power transmission device utilizing the viscous shear of the oil film between two sets of discs. It has used widely for speed regulation and energy saving in large fans and pumps . As a new type of transmission technique its stability and control of speed is one of the most important research programs . According to the basic theory of fluid friction the dynamic mathematical model is devebped and the output transfer function derived by means of the linearization process . With the Routh Criterion for stabilty on modern control theory the stablity and the stable working range of its output speed is analysed and researchedon. It is proved in theory that the stability of speed can be increased and the stable working range can be expanded by the closed loop feedback control of the speed .At the end of the paper the influence of various parameters on the stable working range is discussed .The result of this paper is proved correct by experiments and being applied successfully in industry .
