摘要
遵循历史与逻辑相统一的原则,以哈耶克的“社会秩序二元观”视角和新经济社会学的“社会建构”视角观照中国的企业制度变迁过程,发现中国的现代企业制度建设既是一种“过程创新”,也是一种“目标创新”,因而中国特色的企业制度将会是一种必然。重点研究作为“目标创新”的中国现代企业制度建设。
This paper studies the Chinese evolution course of the modern enterprise institution using the H ayek＇ s analytical approach of ＂dualism of social order＂ and the analytical approach of ＂construction of society＂ adopted by The New Sociology of Economic Life. We find it is inevitable that Chinese construction of modern enterprise institution is not only a ＂process innovation＂ course but also a ＂target innovation＂ course. This article analyses the ＂ target innovation＂ .
