北京西站主站房预应力钢桁架的理论分析与试验研究 被引量:14

摘要 北京西站北主站房1段天桥跨度达45m,采用了大跨、重载预应力钠行架结构,这是我国首次设计采用的预应力巨型钢结构工程,本文在理论分析、计算比较、1:6大尺寸模型试验及现场工程实测基础上,对该预应力钢桁架进行了较全面的研究,提出了分阶段分组施加预应力的方法;研究了预应力对结构承载力与变形性能的影响;对预应力的建立、损失和分布以及节点刚性等对结构性能的影响也进行了探讨。结果表明,这一预应力巨型钢桁架结构不仅安全可靠,经济合理,技术可行,而且能很好地满足各类功能要求。 The large span and heavy duty prestressed steel frames are used in the structUral design of Beijing West Railway Station main terminal bulding. On the basis of theoretical analysis, calculation comparison test of a 1/6 scale model of the structure through actual measurement on site, a comprehensive study is conducted to the prestressed steel frames. The methods of prestredng in different grouch and at seven stages are put forwnd. The effect of prestressing on the structural bearing capacity and displacemet are studied. The set up,fan and distribution of prestiging force as Well as the effect of the rigidity of joints on structural performance are also studied. It is manifested that the prestressed steel frames are not only safe,reliable,economic, rational and feasible in technology, but also able to satisfy all the demands of the structuralperformances.
