摘要 目的研究血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)抑制球囊扩张术后大鼠颈总动脉再狭窄的机制。方法大鼠20只,制备颈总动脉球囊导管扩张模型,术前2d始对照给予ACEI或安慰剂。测定术后第2d和第5d动脉中膜平滑肌细胞(SMC)的血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)-B和弹性蛋白酶B阳性细胞率。结果ACEI显著降低大鼠扩张动脉中膜SMC的PDGF-B和弹性蛋白酶阳性细胞率(P<0.01)。结论ACEI通过抑制PDGF和弹性蛋白酶减轻球囊扩张术后动脉再狭窄。 Objective Study the mechanism of ACEI inhibits restenosis after artery balloon dilation operation. Methods The model of restenosis after artery balloon dilation operation is established in the carotid artery in 20 rats that are administrated by ACEI or control respectively from 2 day before the operation. Assay the positive cell index of PDGF-B and elastase luB2 and 5 days after the injury. Results ACEI makes a drastic decrease in PDGF-B and elastase. Conclusion ACEI alleviates restenosis by inhibits PDGF and elastase positive cell index.
