摘要
简述了行波超声马达的基本原理,比较了定子复合圆板分析中有限元和经典振动理论两种方法的优缺点。并利用有限元方法分析了定子板在自由状态下的固有频率及固有振型,给出了分析结果。在此基础上,利用所得数据。
This paper briefly describes the basic principle of travelling wave ultrasonic motor and makes a comparison between the finite element method and the classic vibration theory in analyzing the stator composite annular plate. The natural frequency and vibration mode of the stator annular plate in free conditions are analyzed using finite element, and the results are given. On this basis, the operation principle and process of the annular plate ultrasonic motor are emulated using the obtained data.
