Typical Mast-Liked Deployment Mechanism with Truss Structure

摘要 阐述了空间杆状构架展开机构中盘压杆和铰接杆两种类型装置的构成和工作原理。介绍了盘杆机构中盘压杆、支撑盘、贮存筒、锁定释放装置、展开控制、套筒展开装置、铰链、对角件和驱动装置等主要构件。讨论了杆状展开机构的主要参数确定原则和关键设计技术。最后给出了国外的部分应用实例。 The composition and operation principle of the eoilable mast and articulate mast for deployment mechanism with truss structure were described in this paper. The main parts such as coilable mast, supporter, storage container, lock release device, deployed control and sleeve deployed device, hinge, diagonal member and driving device in the deployment mechanism were also introduced. The parameter determined principle and key technologies in design were discussed. The partial applications in aboard were given at last.
