摘要
根据空间对接机构的结构特点,在简化物理模型的基础上,用太阳窗口和蒙特卡洛(MC)法计算不同空间位置、不同轨道高度、不同表面辐射特性的机构内部构件太阳辐射外热流,并给出了相应的计算流程。分析了飞行角β和表面辐射特性等因素对太阳热流的影响。研究结果对对接机构以及其他复杂系统的热控涂层选择有一定的参考价值。
According to the structural characteristics of docking mechanism, the solar external heat flux of inner parts for docking mechanism with various space locations, orbit altitude and surface radiating characteristics was computed by solar radiation window and Monte-Carlo method based on a simplified physical model in this paper. The computation flowchart was given. The effect of flying angle β and surface radiation characteristic on solar external heat flux was analyzed by the calculation results. The research had certain value to the choice of the thermo-control coating for docking mechanism and other complex systems.
