新型高精度SO_2传感器测量机理的研究

摘要 叙述了目前SO2测量的现状以及存在的主要问题,研究了提高SO2测量精度的传感机理,推导了参考光束和测量光束的强度比数学模型,针对该数学模型存在的非线性问题,利用分段线性插值方法实现了传感器的线性化,给出了新型高精度SO2传感器的软件框图,并提出时间双光路SO2测量气室的设计方法。实验表明:该传感器的测量方法实现容易、测量精度高、抗干扰能力强,可实现工业现场SO2实时在线测量,具有较好的应用前景。 The actuality and mostly problems have been recited about measurement of sulfur dioxide at present. The intensity ratio math model of referrence and measure beam of light has been studied, using subsection linearity insert value method, the linearization of sensor has been realized for math model existent non-linearity issue. It has researched to advance sulfur dioxi& survey precision and to bring forward time different channel design method in theory, the software frame of new type high-precision sulfur dioxide sensor has been presented. Experiment indicate the method is easy realization, high-precision, anti-interference ability, as well as real-time and on-line measurement etc.
