We know coffee maker has been used widely in Europe and America, but it is not well known by Chinese. Coffee maker has its proper criterion, this paper describes several important issues that must be considered in the process of designing, including coffee taste, how to improve the temperature of coffee, differences between European and American market, safety and so on.
