摘要
无失效数据统计是可靠性分析近些年的新的研究成果,家用电器寿命实验经常需要处理无失效数据的统计。本文从应用考虑,在必不可少引用一些数学公式后,重点讨论了无失效数据统计的应用与作用,并对GE公司洗衣机寿命验收标准进行分析,指出了无失效数据统计作用。
Statistical method of no-failure data has been researched in the recent years. For the appliance reliability test, the statistics of No-failure data is often needed. The research is new on the appliance business. In the paper the usefulness Js object. Only those necessary mathematics formulas have been used. The GE no-failure data statistical method is analyzed .The function of statistics on no-failure data has been analyzed.
