摘要
本文主要介绍了可靠性管理在洗衣机上的应用,对设计中用到可靠性专业术语进行了解释;描述了洗衣机的功能结构,并定义其功能的故障模式;在洗衣机可靠性框图的建立上做了详细的阐述;对洗衣机可靠性的保障机制进行了说明。
This paper mainly introduces the application of reliability design in Haler washing machine and explains the related glossary in the design. It also simply describes the functions and structure of the washing machine, and gives the definition of the failure modes for each function. Particularly, it expatiates building up the reliability block diagram and illuminates the guarantee system of reliability.
