摘要
分析了民用电子行业可靠性工作的开展难度,介绍了国内外的典型成功企业,提出了结合产品研制的可靠性工作方法,对以第三方形式介入的可靠性咨询给出了建议。
In this paper, difficulties in reliability works in civil electronic industry are analyzed, development of reliability in the electronic industry all over the world is described and success cases are given, reliability works which can be developed during design are introduced, reliability consulting as a third part is also introduced and discussed.
