双臂外固定架治疗胫腓骨多段严重骨折 被引量:13

摘要 目的:介绍应用双臂外固定支架治疗多段严重胫腓骨骨折的方法,评价其临床疗效。方法:68例患者,随访资料完整的52例。均为较复杂的多段开放粉碎胫腓骨骨折,急症清创手术双臂外支架固定。结果:随访时间6个月~3年,平均14个月,骨折愈合时间3~18个月,平均7个月骨折愈合率92.3%。4例骨折不愈合,针孔感染4例11孔,深部感染2例,固定针松动3例,经针对治疗后并发症治愈。结论:双臂外固定支架对于多段开放粉碎性胫腓骨骨折的治疗是一种良好的固定方法。 Objective: To introduce the experience of treating sever and multiple stage tibial-fibular fractures with bilateral external fixation. Methods: 68 cases with sever and multiple stage tibial-fibular fractures were treated with the fixators in our department, 52 were followed up and evaluated. Results: The postoperative follow-up ranged from 6 to 36 months with the average of 14 months. The bone fractures were healed from 3 to 18 months with the average of 7 months. The cure rate was 92.3%. The infection in wire holes was found in 4 cases(11holes), sever infection in 2, wires loose in 3, no union in 4. All complications were healed with treatment. Conclusion: It is a good method to treat sever and multiple stage tibial-fibular fractures using bilateral external fixation.
