摘要
作者分析了排列互比法现行的两种数据处理方法的缺点,提出了应用最小二乘法原理推导出合理的数据处理方法。新算法使测量误差对两个互比件的影响相同,计算出的测量结果唯一,残差平方和[VV]最小。本文还首次从理论上阐明了排列互比法测量结果中出现一次谐波系统误差的原因,提出了减小和消除这一系统误差的方法。
Authors analyzed the disadvantages of two data processing methods of permutation intercomparsion and a more perfect data processing derived by the least squares method.The new algorithm makes the influence of measuring errors on two intercomparative workpieces same,the calculated results are unique and the residual squariance is minimum.The cause of the linear harmonic system error appeared in the results of permutation intercomparsion method is first described in theory.A reducing and elimination method for this system error is proposed and it has been demonstrated by experiment.
