摘要
目的:研究石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定微量全血中Fe的含量的方法。方法:用0.05%的Triten X-100和2%的HCl作稀释剂,按1:2211的体积比稀释血样,采用标准曲线法可测定全血中的铁。结果:采用此方法回收率在95%~108%之间,样品相对偏差小于10%。结论:本方法简单、准确,结果令人满意。
Objective: A new graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometric method for direct determination of iron in whole blood is studied in the paper. Methods:The blood sample after 2211-fold dilution is treated with 0.05% Triton X-100 and 2% HCl. The method is simple and rapid by calibration curve method. Results:The results show that recoveries of these microelements are between 95% to 108% and relative standard deviation less than 10% . Conclusion:The result of the method is accurate and satisfactory.
