普伐他汀对急性冠状动脉综合征患者高敏C-反应蛋白的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者血浆高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化以及应用他汀类调脂药对其影响。方法:113例ACS患者采用随机、单盲、对照方法分为普伐他汀治疗组(n=56)及非他汀治疗组(n=57),另选健康对照组(n=55),测定治疗前、治疗后8周血浆hs-CRP水平的变化。结果:①ACS患者hs-CRP较健康对照组明显增高(P<0.01)。②ACS患者中治疗组8周后hs-CRP明显下降,非治疗组hs-CRP无明显变化。结论:①ACS患者冠脉粥样病变处存在炎症反应。②他汀类调脂药可阻止ACS患者冠脉病变炎症反应。
