摘要
按菌种的生产流程,从原料、环境、灭菌、接种、发菌等各个环节入手,详尽阐述了菌种生产中造成杂菌污染的原因,并提出了切实可行的控制措施。
The pure culture is very important in the cultivation of edible fungi. However, microbial contamination unavoidably threaten the production of pure culture tremendously. In this paper, we closely integrated the theory and practice, according to the flow of production, such as materials, environment, sterilization, inoculation, germination of fungus and so on, and analyzed the reasons for resulting in microbial contamination and put forward practicable control measures. This would provide theory basis and technique guidance for practitioner.
