摘要
设施栽培有利于提高双孢蘑菇单产、提高产品附加值,有利于产品质量与国际接轨,提高产品的国际竞争力,消除国际贸易技术壁垒,增加出口创汇。本文对国内外双孢蘑菇设施栽培的研究进展进行了综述,旨在为双孢蘑菇栽培技术的深入研究提供参考。
Agaricus bisporus（Lange）Sing is a kind of mushroom which is delicious, completely-nutritional and hygienical. The Facility Cultivation of Agaricus bisporus （Lange）Sing can accelerate the Cultivation of Agaricus bisporus （Lange）Sing in our country to be a sunrise industry characterized by modem equipment, which helps raise the production and side interest of Agaricus bisporus（Lange）Sing. It is propitious for us to improve the quality and the international competitive capacity of our product, so it helps eliminate technical barriers in international trade and increase foreign currency by exporting Agaricus bisporus （Lange）Sing. This paper focuses on the progress in research of Facility Cultivation of Agaricus bisporus（Lange ）Sing, which would make a reference for those who will lucubrate the Cultivation technology of Agaricus bisporus（Lange）Sing.
