摘要
介绍了NID脱硫除尘一体化技术在内蒙包头第二热电厂200 MW、玖龙纸业210 MW等机组上的应用情况,对应用中超设计负荷工况下除尘脱硫装置的调试、高粉尘环境下布袋除尘器的应用、煤质异常情况下电除尘器的使用进行了总结,并对电厂环保设施的选择提出了合理建议。
The NID novel integrating desulfurization and precipitation technology has been applied on 200 MW unit of Neimeng Baotou Second Power Plant and 210 MW unit of Jiulong Paper Co., Ltd. The FGD commissioning on the overload condition, the appliance of FF with hign dust concentration and ESP with the boiler fired coal out of design has been summarized, The reasonal suggestions have been also provided for the selection of power plant FGD equipment.
