水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的合成及其应用

摘要 带羧基的聚酯多元醇与TD I反应生成APU预聚体,再用聚乙二醇单(甲基)丙烯酸酯封端,制得一种水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯单体(APU),研究了APU单体对预涂厌氧胶强度及乳液稳定性的影响。结果表明,当APU占胶粘剂总质量的25%时,胶粘剂综合性能最佳,破坏力矩/平均拆卸力矩达到25/28 N.m,贮存期可达6个月。 A water-borne polyurethane acrylate monomer was prepared using the reaction of polyester polyols containing carboxy groups and TDI and then the end capping with polyethylene glycol monomethacrylate. The influence of this monomer to preapplied anaerobic adhesive intensity and emulsion stability was studied. The result indicated that the overall performance was the best when the amount of the monomer was 25 percent by weight of the adhensive. The breakaway torque/average disassembly torque achive 30/28N · m^-1, and storage life is 6 months.
