摘要
以黑龙江省尚志国有林场管理局为例,研究了以矢量化软件R2V、数据加工平台Geoway3.0为辅助工具,利用GIS软件ARC/INFO8.02、ArcView3.2a及其二次开发语言Avenue建立森林资源管理信息系统的整个过程,并简要介绍了系统的组成、3个基本模块(即关于小班因子的统计表及直方图和打印模块)和5个主要功能,即该系统具有森林资源的显示与制图、空间和属性数据双向综合查询、GPS定位、汇总统计分析、数据动态更新。结果表明:系统操作简单易行,可以满足不同层次用户的使用要求,便于在生产中推广应用,并可以进行全局及各林场的经营决策分析,实现森林资源和森林经营的数字化管理,使森林经营决策更加科学化和合理化。
The developing procedures of the management information system of forest resources in Shangzhi Administrative Bureau of National Forest Farm, Heilongjiang province were elaborated, and its constitution, basic modules (statistic table, chart and layout) and five main functions were introduced in brief. The system was supported by assistant tools of raster to vector software R2V, data processing software Geoway 3.0, and GIS software ( ARC/INFO 8.02 and the Avenue language of ArcView3.2a). The functions include display, cartography, dual-comprehensive query of spatial and attributed data, GPS positioning, statistic analysis, and update of resource data for forest resources. Result showed that the system is convenient to be operated and can meet the needs of various users. Therefore, it is easy to be popularized and applied, and can be used in management decision-making for forestry bureaus or forest farms. Digital management of forest resources was truly realized, which makes decision-making in forest management more scientific and reasonable.
