摘要
利用3,5-二硝基水杨酸比色法测定小青杨、小青×黑杨、小黑杨、香杨、27年生和40年生小叶杨韧皮部和木质部的还原糖含量。结果表明:各杨树品系木质部的还原糖含量远远低于韧皮部的含量,且韧皮部的还原糖含量差异显著。不同杨树品系韧皮部和木质部的还原糖含量与被害株率没有相关性。在27年生同一品系小叶杨树中,虽然不同高度的还原糖含量差异不显著,却与被害株率呈现紧密负相关。
The reducing sugar content in the phloem and xylem of Populus pseudo-simonii, P. pseudo - simonii × P. nigra, P. simonii x P. nigra, P. koreana, 27 and 40-year-old P. simonii wood was analyzed by 3,5-dinitrasallcylic acid colorimetry. Results showed that the reducing sugar content in phloem was much higher than that in xylem, and a significant difference was found in the phloem of different poplar strains. The correlation between the reducing sugar content in phloem and xylem and the ratio of damaged trees was not close. For 27-year-old P. simoniir, the reducing sugar content in phloem and xylem at different heights did not show significant difference, while it showed closely negative correlation with the ratio of damaged trees.
