摘要
经测定,Larreatridentata种子净度为97.4%,去除种皮能促进种子迅速、整齐地发芽。在砂床、纸床、蛭石床3种发芽基质上种子的发芽率无显著差异,但在砂床和蛭石床上的发芽速度比在纸床上快。在恒温(25℃)和变温(20~30℃)两种温度条件下进行发芽比较,结果显示:在恒温25℃时发芽率高,发芽速度快且整齐,可见25℃较适宜L.tridentata种子发芽。种子萌发时大约前9h为吸水期,且前4h吸水速度最快,吸水量是自身质量的1倍左右。
It was determined that the seed cleanliness of the Larrea tridentata was 97.4%. To remove seed exotesta can promote seed to germinate fast and trimly. Germination test proved that there was no significant difference in germination percentage of seeds germinated on the beds of silver sand, filter paper and vermiculite ; but germination rate in silver sand and vermiculite was faster than that in filter paper. Germination results at the constant temperature of 25 ℃ and alternating temperature of 20 ~30 ℃ were compared. Results showed that L. tridentata seeds germinated fast and trimly at constant temperature of 25 ℃, and the germination rate is also higher. Therefore, 25 ℃ is favorable for L. tridentate seed germination. When germinating, seeds absorbed water within the first nine hours, and absorption speed was the largest within the first four hours. The quantity of absorbed water was equivalent to the dry weight of the seeds.
