摘要
2K-H型差动轮系是构成行星变速箱的核心,为此,提出一种新的分析方法,即应用这种基本周转轮系三个基本构件之间的速比关系式推导出行星变速箱各挡位的传动比计算公式,然后根据这些传动比计算公式计算出各齿轮的齿数.
The 2K-H type of differential gear train is the nucleus that forms the planet gearbox. Therefore, in this paper a new analytic method is put forward, i.e. the calculation formulas of transmission ratio of every grade for the planet gearbox are deduced by the relation of velocity ratio of three basic links of this kind of elementary epicyclic gear train, and then the tooth numbers of all gears are computed according to these calculation formulas.
