摘要
针对210国道陕西省宁陕段具体路况,运用道路安全理论对安全保障工程试验路段进行了道路交通安全评价;针对事故黑点特征,分析了山区道路交通事故发生率的各种影响因素,提出了安全保障工程实施判定指标;结合判定指标和工程实际情况,提出了相应的技术方案。
According to the specific highway condition on the NingShan section of national Highway 210 in Shanxi province, this paper evaluates the traffic safety of the trial section of the safeguard project by using the road safety theory. Also, it analyses the various influencing factors of the mountainous road traffic accident rate in response to the characteristics of accident blackspots, puts forward the decision index of implementing the safeguard project and proposes the relevant technical plan on the basis of the decision index and practical situation of engineering.
