摘要
从系统整体出发首先对城市公共交通系统的要素结构进行了全新的剖析,并在结合实际工作的基础上指出目前公共交通系统存在的问题及可能解决的方向;其次对城市公交系统进行了系统分析,建立了相应的系统分析工作流程,对公交系统特征、系统边界、系统外部环境、要素关联性、系统评价及系统决策等方面进行了论述,为公交系统全面有效的规划提供了新的理论基础。
Beginning with the system this paper firstly analyzes the components and structures of the public traffic system. At the same time, on the basis of the work experiments, the paper points out the problems existing in the public traffic system and their possible solutions. Next, the paper makes a systematic analysis of the public traffic system, establishes a relevant a work flow of system analysis and discusses the system characters, system boundary, system outside environment, component relevance, system evaluation and system decision-making, which provides the new theoretical foundation for the entirely effective planning of the public traffic system.
