摘要
通过测得的熔化极气体保护焊接过程中的电参数,利用模糊C均值聚类系统,依据不同焊接工艺条件下焊接电压和焊接电流的概率密度分布曲线以及短路过渡时间和燃弧时间等的时间频数分布曲线,可以自动识别焊接过程中的各种干扰信号,实现焊接过程质量监测。实验验证了该方法的可行性,取得了良好的识别效果。
Through the electrical parameters measured in the process of the gas metal arc welding (GMAW), using the fuzzy C mean clustering system, and according to the probability density distribution curve of welding voltage and current in the different welding techniques and the cumulation frequency distribution (CFD) curve of shortcircuiting transfer time and arcing time, etc., various disturbance signals can automatically be identified during the welding to implement the quality monitoring of the welding process. The experiments prove the feasibility of this method and obtain the good recognizable effects.
