介绍了一种检测细长钢管内径的光电检测装置。该装置利用线阵ＣＣＤ作传感器，采用８０３１单片机作为主控制。为了能实现ＣＣＤ的高分辨率检测，特殊设计了光学系统、光电信息处理电子学系统和数据处理软件系统，使此装置达到了０．
In this paper,a photoelectric instrument for measuring inner diameter of steel pipe is introduced,in which the linear CCD is used as sensor, and 8031 monolithic computer as master control system.In order to gain the measuring results with high resolution,the optical system,photoelectric information processing system and data processing software system are specially designed.As a result,the resolution of this instrument has reached to 0.001 mm.
