摘要
目的用HPLC法测定清肠愈溃膏中靛玉红的含量,制定该制剂的质量标准.方法色谱柱为Hypersil BDS C18（5μm 4.6 mm×250 mm）柱,流动相为甲醇-水（70：30）;检测波长：280 nm;柱温：27℃.结果靛玉红在（0.010～0.055）μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=1.结论本法操作简便,结果满意,可用于清肠愈溃膏的质量控制.
To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Indirubin in Qingchang Yukui ointment and lay down a quality standard of this preparation . Methods Hypersil BDS C18 column（5μm 4.6mm × 250mm）was used with mobile phase of methanol-water（70 ： 30） and UV detection at 280nm, column temperature at 27 °C. Results The linear range of Indirubin is 0.010-0.055μg,r=0.999 9. Conclusion The method is simple and the result is satisfied , it can be used for control quantityof Qingchang Yukui ointment.
