摘要
目的建立一种准确、简便测定黄芪中黄芪甲苷含量的分析方法.方法黄芪药材提取液经固相萃取小柱富集,再洗脱,所得溶液直接进高效液相色谱仪进行含量测定.结果该方法线性范围：2.046～20.460 μg;重现性：RSD=3.51%;加样回收率：95.83%（RSD=0.98%）;用该方法测得黄芪药材中黄芪甲苷的含量为：0.1652%.结论用固相萃取-HPLC-ELSD法测定黄芪药材中黄芪甲苷的含量,较传统的水饱和正丁醇萃取法更简便,且重复性好.
Objective To establish a method for determination the content of astrogloside IV in Radix Astragali, Methods To determine the quantity by SPE-HPLC-ELSD, Results A good linear relationship was showed between 2.046 μg-20.46 μg of astrogloside Ⅳ. The recurrence was fine （RSD=3.51%） and the average recovery was 95. 83% （RSD=0. 98%）. The average quantity was 0.165 2%, Conclusion This method was better than the traditional extracting way using butanol saturated of water. It was simple and accurate to determine the quantity of astrogloside IV in Radix Astragali .
