摘要
随着经济的发展,企业边界变得越来越模糊,策略联盟已逐渐成为企业间合作的重要方式。策略联盟的组织结构形式可以分为有盟主联盟和无盟主联盟。通过建立协同创新模型研究策略联盟行为主体间的创新协同关系。研究表明:市场机会的识别是确立策略联盟的目标前提,风险分担与利益共享是其价值基础。策略联盟内成员企业的创新动力及创新需求随时间变化呈现下降趋势,伴随任务的完成、目标的实现策略联盟将会最终解散,协同创新终止。面向长远发展的SA应当通过组织成员之间创新知识的有效集成,充分利用创新知识的外部性,不断提高策略联盟的创新潜能,为区域技术创新和区域经济发展提供丰富的创新资源。
With the development of economy, the enterprise border becomes increasingly fuzzier. Strategy Alliance has gradually become an important cooperative way among different enterprises. The framework form of Strategy Alliance can be divided into leader's alliances and no leader's alliance. We study the coordinative innovation relation among the behavior subjects of Strategy Alliance by establishing the coordinative innovation model. Our study shows: the discernment of the market chance is a goal prerequisite of establishing strategic alliance, while allocation of risks and benefits-sharing are its value foundation. The innovative motive force and innovative demand of Strategy Alliance′s members present the downward trend as time goes by. Following the completion of the task and realization of the goal, Strategy Alliance will finally cease to exist and the coordinative innovation will stop among the behavior subjects of Strategy Alliance. The innovative knowledge of Strategy Alliance should be integrated effectively between the members and Strategy Alliance should fully utilize innovative knowledge to improve the innovative ability. Then Strategy Alliance will be able to offer abundant innovative resources for regional technological innovation and regional economic development.
