摘要
本文以保证人类发展系统和自然生态系统和谐发展为出发点,提出了城市可持续发展指标体系的框架。并且针对本套指标,从综合可持续度和可持续发展不确定性两个方面对城市的可持续发展状态进行评价。
For quantitative evaluations on the city sustainable development, some domestic and scholars overseas have already made thorough discussions to some extent, but the quantitative studies on uncertainty are comparatively few. By guaranteed of the humanity evolutionary system and the natural ecosystem harmonious development for starting point, this article proposes the city sustainable development target system frame. And in view of this set of targets, it carries on the appraisal about the city sustainable development condition from synthesizes sustainable and the sustainable development uncertainty two aspects. Finally take Tangshan as the example, the article has made the confirmation and the analysis to the practicability of this set of targets system and the assessment method system.
