摘要
能力是生物乃至事物所具有的顺利完成某项活动所必须具备的功能与力量。人的能力是一个由与生俱来的自然基本能力与基础能力、专业能力和创造能力等社会性能力有机结合而组成的“金字塔”式结构系统。人的能力的形成与发展是有规律的,主要有自主活动形成律、变革对象发展律、创造活动激增律、逐层递进发展律、先后结合高效律、系统知识促进律、理论指导加速律、社会需要制约律。
Ability coming from a life is a function and a power which are necessary to complete smoothly a task. Human ability is a ＂pyramid＂ structural system made up of natural ability combined with such social abilities as basis, specialty and creativity. The formation and development of the ability has a law which mainly refers to such laws as autonomy- activity formation, object- changing development, creativity- activity boost, gradual- progress development, high efficiency of early- late combination, system- knowledge promotion, theory- direction acceleration and social- demand restraint.
