摘要
介绍一种面向车间层次的基于RS-485总线的现场机械设备检测网络集成方法。阐述了系统网络结构、硬件结构、通信协议以及上位机检测软件结构。并且介绍其功能和实现方案。
This article introduces a method of integration used for inspecting net, which is for mechanical equipment. The net is based on the field bus of RS-485 and oriented to the level of workshop. This arfide expatiates on the system structure of the net ,the framework of the hardware, the communication protocols as well as the framework of inspection software in the upper computer.The functions and the scheme of implementation are also introduced.
