摘要
在认识了旋流分离机理的基础上,简要分析了传统旋流器内的流型及对分离过程的影响,针对传统旋流器存在的缺点,结合筛分的特点,提出了一种新型的分级旋流器的设计思路,即水力筛分机,利用旋流推动颗粒层移动,实现动态过滤的目的。
The effect of inner flow pattern of tradition cyclone on separation process was analyzed based on the cyclone separator mechanism. A design concept of new type grading cyclone was put forward namely hydrocyclone screen in view of the existing defect of tradition cyclone. The swirling flow was utilized to promote particle seam moving for to accomplish dynamic state filtration aim.
