摘要
利用半导体致冷器可以加热又可以致冷的双向性,研制成双向主动式高精度控温仪。在15~32℃范围内,控温精度高达±0.004℃。用于控制KTP晶体温度,在OPO实验中获得稳定的参量下转换输出。
Based on the bi-directional properties of semiconductor cooler,we designed a bi-directional active high-accurated temperature controller,with broad working range. From 15℃to 32℃,its stability is ±0. 004℃. The controller has been used in optical parametric oscillator tocontrol the temperature of KTP crystal and the stable operating of system has been obtained.
