摘要
本文介绍了高精度高均匀可控红外热源的设计方案,提出系统的目标精度为0.01。首先介绍了系统工作原理,以及帕尔贴板驱动电路板和温差信号检测电路板两块核心电路板的设计过程,其次对帕尔贴板的均匀性进行了试验,最后得出试验结论。
The Controllable infrared Heat-source Of High Degree Of Accuracy And Homogeneity was introduced in this article, and puts forward the objective precision of system serving as 0.01. The system work principle was firstly introduced, as well as the design course of two nucleus circuit board including peltier board drive circuit board and difference in temperature signal detection circuit boards, next has been in progress the trial to the homogeneity of the pehier board, and finally reaches the trial conclusion.
