摘要 多坐标曲面加工的刀具轨迹规划是数控编程的基础和关键。从改善曲面加工精度和效率的角度,分析了五坐标曲面NC加工的逼近加工误差,讨论了走刀步长和切削行距的估算,提出了刀具轨迹规划的原则,并结合实例进行了轨迹验证。 Planning tool - path in the multi - coordinates machining curved i'ace is elements and key of NC codes programming. Based on improving the machining accurac7 and productivity, approached machining errors of five - coordinates numerical control machining curved face are analyzed, the estimations of cutting step length and cutting line width are discussed. Furthermore the principles are approved on planning tool - path in NC codes programming, and proved combining examples.
